  • In essence, this is a bespoke service to create a portfolio for clients who either do not have the time, knowledge or are not locally based to build their portfolio. We tailor the service to meet the specific needs of a client.

  • Yes. We are happy to adapt to meet a changing strategy. We can set up portfolio reviews to suit the client’s need.

  • Yes, Gigi Estates works in 4 main areas, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds. We can create a portfolio with a selection of properties across these areas.

  • Yes, we predominantly source traditional houses and apartments in areas we know and understand. We are used to sourcing both types of property and can discuss with you when planning your portfolio.

  • As soon as we have agreed a strategy with you our viewing team will start working on your brief and you will have close, regular contact to our team. We will present opportunities to you that meet your brief for your approval. Once you have agreed to buy a property we will negotiate the best price for you and handle the case to completion. Our maintenance and lettings partners will also be involved to get the property refurbished and let on your behalf.

  • Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance. We source properties in established areas which often need to be refurbished, value is added and clients will often have the opportunity to refinance and pull almost all or some of their initial investments back out of the deal. This is something we thrive on and encourage our investors to do where possible and moreover buying in good areas and adding value will mostly increase the value of your portfolio over the long term.

  • Yes, we can diversify your portfolio by including a mix of standard buy-to-let, HMO’s and Housing association leases, we can also buy a mix of houses and apartments in different areas.
