TO SECURE YOUR INVESTMENT: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- We send out deals to our investors every week once all checks are complete.
- All deals are sold with a 14 day cooling off period and an in depth investors pack giving you access to all the information you need, and the time to think about it.
- We only sell deals we are 100% confident in and would invest in ourselves.
- We also offer bespoke services tailored to our investors requirements and criteria. Please get in touch if you would like to know more.
HOW IT WORKS
- We send out weekly emails with our best deals to our investors / clients on our mailing list.
- If the deal fits for you, you will need to secure it by paying the sourcing fee applied and signing our terms and conditions.
- We will schedule a phone call to discuss anything further you need to know.
- Once you have viewed the property and are happy to move forward we will pass you onto our power team, estate agent or vendor, to begin the sales or lettings process.
- Once this has taken place we can assist you in any way you need during the 14 day cooling off period.

All of our deals we find we aim to be the best deals to keep our investors happy, just know we have negotiated the best price whether that be the purchase price or rental prices. We are able to offer everything a hands off investor may need and work closely with:
- Bridging and Development finance.
- Lettings and Sales agents.
- Reputable builders so you know the exact price of renovations needed (if applicable).

After all processes have been filled out and completed, you take away a fully packaged opportunity that has been secured, negotiated and ready to go! We want to have long term relationships with our investors, help increase your portfolio to meet your investment goals, and we are on hand to help or advise in any way we can.
